How does it work?

Our Rent to own program can be applied to any style or size of storage shed you choose. Your purchase price is divided into 48 monthly payments, and the first and last payments are required at the time of purchase. After your shed is delivered, you will get a monthly invoice payable within 15 days. For every $1000.00 of your storage shed value, your monthly payments would be approx. $40. If you wish to pay your shed off before the contract expires, there is a current outstanding cash balance shown on each months statement. Pay that amount, and the shed is yours to keep with no more payments! There is no penalty for paying it off early, in fact, the sooner you pay it off, the more you save off the entire cost.

Pros and Cons?

The most cost-effective way to purchase your storage shed is by paying in full at the time of purchase with cash, check, or credit card. By taking advantage of our rent to own program, you will end up paying more for your shed over the long run. However, for those people who are currently paying commercial storage fees, this program is an excellent alternative. You still pay your monthly fee, but the shed is in your own backyard and at the end of the term the shed is yours to keep!! This is also a great option if you need the storage now but don’t have the cash at the moment. Rent the shed and pay it off as soon as you get the funds. There is no penalty for paying it off before the lease expires. Do you have a poor credit rating? No problem: there are no credit checks and this will not affect your credit score.
